Mark Kissee did a marvelous job inspecting the house and going over all the deficiencies and unfinished items he was able to pick up. He was very thorough and comprehensive in his efforts to inspect. He referenced several codes (NEC, IBC, etc.) to pin point the elements while inspecting to follow a systematic process. He provided the report the same day that was easy to understand and follow.
