- Confirming all utilities are switched on for system testing ie. water, electricity, gas, pilot lights
- Removing all obstructions around mechanical systems, appliances, and walking areas for a thorough and safe evaluation
- Keeping pets in a secure area to prevent interference
- Providing inspector with keys, pool instructions, or any other items needed to aid inspection

What if I can't make it to the inspection site on the scheduled day?
If you can't make it, don't stress! We only recommend clients and their realtors meet the inspector on-site for the last 30 minutes of the inspection for review. If you can't make it, the inspector can call you and provide a brief overview. A detailed inspection report will be emailed the same day and will come with pictures.
How do you determine the cost of an inspection?
